Creative blocks - what do you do?

In the last say, month or so I've hit another one of my nice big creative blocks, struggle to come up with ideas, and am dissatisfied with everything i do. I was just interested in what you guys do to get around yours? so you read more art/design mags for inspiration (this usually gets me in further.... and more dissatisfied with my own work haha)? take a complete break and allow it come back, or ride it out?
